HANKER is headquartered in London, UK, with physical offices in Singapore and Tianjin, China. The company was established in London in 2015, initially focusing on UK property agency sales and management. In early 2018, HANKER expanded by founding its UK property investment and management arm, providing clients with comprehensive solutions in property management and investment, while simultaneously developing its specialist early years study abroad division. This division offers children aged 4–17 a one-stop service covering education planning, school placement, and guardianship in the UK.

In 2019, HANKER Business Consulting was established in Singapore to support corporate clients with overseas capital market financing and bond issuance. To date, HANKER has served more than 200 property-owning families and over 300 study abroad students, helping clients navigate UK property investment with confidence while optimising value and returns.
